    I got scammed on XBOX and account got hacked. The person started sending messeges to ppl and also charged on my account. XboX has now refunded my account for fraud but I got suspended...don't think I should have since I filed a complaint to advise XBOX that
    I was hacked and that the other kid was sending messeges etc. When I go to y history, it will not let me submit a case review...anyone know how?

    i had been put under suspension for a communication exchange, i was looking to put a case review up but i was unable to find the link, i called customer service and was helped. i was really hoping to make an appeal on this action, please help

    Case reviews

    Whatever happened with your account, anything involving suspensions is exclusively handled on the Xbox Enforcement website: http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Not every Enforcement action is eligible for a case review, and the forums will be unable to help as nobody here has access to your Enforcement records.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    Case Review

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
