    the story is two weeks ago I was playing rainbow six siege and a group of teens started teamkilling. I kill one after him killing me twice and he sends me a message "me and six other of my friends are reporting you" I block and report him I get banned he does
    not. I serve dreams my pentalty without submitting a case review (only active suspension I had in my history) but apparently I haven another which ends in October but it's not in my history so I can't submit a case review.

    Please help I can't wait two months for a crime I didn't commit

    Matters related to suspensions are unable to be handled here on the forums. Nobody here has access to your Enforcement records, as the Enforcement team does not post here.

    Suspensions are only dealt with on http://Enforcement.xbox.com. You can only get in contact with the Enforcement team via a case review (if eligible).

    If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
