Case review

hello, I am trying to reach out to the enforcement team to do a case review. I was just recently suppended from Xbox live. Well that ended on the 7th of June 2017 and for some reason I can't talk to anyone I can't even message. I tried calling Xbox support
and was talking to them for hours and they couldn't figure it out and suggested that I post in forum in the hopes that the team will see it. They were nice enough to give me the case number and everything so please help

Power cycle your console and redownload your profile

 

deleted and redownload your profile?

Or are you sure you don't have another suspension on file?

Remember if you are serving .multiple violations suspensions they are applied after the previous one expires

 

I did all of that even went to see my past suppension and nothing was on it, Xbox support said there was nothing on my account about suppension

 

i was told that they think when the enforcement team took the suspension off that they didn't do it correctly

 

So did they fix it or not cause I've been getting frustrated to death over the same problem for the last week trying to find a solution.

 

Sadly no and I'm sorry to here that yeah it's stupid that they can't even do there job correctly

 

Their entire system is a mess. The Forum staff most of the time don't even try to help, the people at Xbox Support are also bad. I still don't get why they don't have it to where you can call Xbox Enforcement for problems like this.

 

Forun nor support staff cannot help with enforcement issues

A phone number what makes you think that would help

People would be spamming the number endleasly youd never get thru

That's why moderated approach is the actual used method for any enforcement on all consoles and online services

Account recovery is a support issue not a enforcenent issue

Delete and recover your account and clear cache and power cycle by pulling the power plug not reset your console

 

Power cycle means complete shutdown like pulling the plug from the wall for 20seconds not a 5 second press of the power button

That's a soft reboot

 

Hey man, thanks for trying to help, but we both have tried pretty much anything you could think of that would normally help any other problem. With what were dealing with is much more complex and I think that I'm powerless on my
end. I think that Xbox themselves HAS to fix.

 

Yeah I spent about 5 hours talking to Xbox support and did everything clearing the cache didn't work it's cuz they didn't take it off correctly
