    Case review


    i have a xbox live suspension due to communication. It says I can't open a case review because its a 24 hour ban but thats false. It started april 25th, 11:30pm. It ends april 27th at 3:30am. It also doesn't specifically say what I said that violates the
    code of conduct/user agreement. Can someone please notify me of what I said wrong, so I don't accidentally repeat myself.

    You will not be notified about specifics but only about the infraction of the Code of Conduct you have commited.

    No one in the forums can help you with that so take this time off to read the Code of Conduct and reflect on your online behaviour

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    Case Review

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
