    I got suspended for cheating but I have only played GTA 5 for a few hours and I got a message from you guys aka Xbox saying I am suspended until the 29th of December for cheating but you guys haven't told me what I did to get suspended and i don't think
    it's fair. I haven't been cheating and I wanted to know if I can get a case review and get the problems I've been having sorted out because I feel I haven't done anything wrong to get suspended. All I want to do is play Xbox without having trouble or problems
    while playing and I have had no problems with you guys until yesterday and today and I would love to stay a loyal customer of Xbox/Microsoft but when things like this happens and you guys don't tell me why I am suspended and now I have to wait to play online
    until the 29th of December right after the holidays especially Christmas it concerns me and also disappoints me. If you guys can look into helping me out get my account not suspended or unsuspended or even look into a case review that would be amazing and
    I would be happy again so I can play online with my family and friends for the Holidays. Thanks again Xbox/Microsoft you guys really help and support your customers when they need it. MY

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    Case Review

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
