    Right so basically i've been away travelling for the last 6-10 months and i've comeback home now to recieve a communication ban and multiplayer ban, which i automatically accused my nephew of doing (until further inspection).H e was using my xbox while i
    was away (which he didn't have the permission to)

    he's been accused of as xbox enforcement team have put it "harassing, threatening..." at first i thought yeah he's 12 probably trolling but no when i look into it myself he's the one who got harassed. i just received a message saying "unlucky mate shouldn't
    have reported me a few weeks ago xx" so in fact he got harassed and reported the situation yet use guys have turned full circle now and believed this guys report of a message i've read the chat and in fact he's said nothing of the sort i have the images of
    the conversation to prove it. the fact this guy has even taunted me saying "unlucky for getting him banned proves my accounts innocence. i would like a prompt response to this..

    this ban has to be surely lifted especially as the fact i'm a loyal customer of 8 years plus and wouldn't want to be jumping ship to sony!

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
