    Case Review


    Hello everyone!

    I have an "avoid me" reputation after sending a harsh message to another gamer harrasing me. I understand that we both got what we deserved, and decided to call it a day when I also saw that the other game had his reputation lowered.

    What internet browser have you guys used to be able to file a case review? Google Chrome does not give me the option to file for a review. Thanks a lot!

    You can only file a case review if you have been suspended/banned. You can't file a case review on rep. You can find more information about the rep system and how to raise your rep here -

    I have a slight bone to pick with enforcement myself....2 years ago I was temp banned for "cheating" in advanced warfare and later they found it not to be true and was over turned....now some punk sends a hate message to me and I reply....telling him he's
    "bad" and yet I get a 24 chat ban? With? I'd really like some feedback on what exactly your criteria is for issuing bans and no I'm not reading the policies and enforcement page again...I think it's completely random and not everyone gets what they deserve....Furthermore
    just because someone is upset with someone I don't believe reporting them shod get them an instant ban....that "report" button posses way to much power and I think it gets abused...anyway I'm done....your loyal xbox supporter out!!!!!

    Only the enforcement team can respond to any suspensions. You can submit a case review here if you feel your suspension is in error, or to get additional information.

    This thread is over a year old. Best to start your own thread than revive one over 30 days old so you can get more personalize support.

    I went to America to visit my mother with my girlfriend and son. Me and my girlfriend weren't on for around 6-7 days. During this time, I received a communication suspension and a harassment suspension. I have been harassed by the same user, Supreme TrapZZ,
    and he hasn't stopped for 3 months. I didn't know about case reviews until now so I couln't report him. He's made multiple accounts to harass me. I can provide some of the gamertags but not all because I blocked them and deleted the conversation due to inappropriate
    messaged containing profanity & racism. You can IP check the accounts, i know they're all him.

    The accounts are:

    VerK Haptiic

    LewisLikesArse

    Savilleharmony2

    Binga03

    qusg

    He used VerK Haptiic to impersonate me by messaging his Supreme account some racist messages and posting pictures of it on my Facebook page.

    Note to Enforcement Team - Please remove my suspension. You can check the dates I was online, look in my messages etc. I have a career that includes xbox, this career is Twitch streaming & being a YouTuber. Without help, i'm unable to post content online
    to entertain people and I'll have a smaller fan base but it'll be the Enforcement Teams' fault for placing my unreasonable suspension.

    please forfill my request and unban me, i'm innocent & i have a career to attend.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com You would need to file complaints on the other gamers via the console in order for them to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.
