    The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com You would need to file complaints on the other gamers via the console in order for them to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    hi my friend MarinaraJaguar2 was banned from communication. He did nothing wrong it was inteded to be a prank for him tio be scared. It was our fault for signing into his account without permissoin and sending hate speech. Pleaase unban him as he did nothing

    As the owner of the account your friend (refrain from using gtags in the forums) is ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When a suspension is issued, it’s not necessarily because he committed a violation, but because the
    account was used to commit a violation. Even if he wasn't home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game the enforcement team will have to hold it accountable.

    i did nothing i was just playing my game and then suspended for harassment and threatening and i was currently on another suspension for no reason too before that and i was unable to communicate online so how did i harrass or threaten people when i couldnt
    communicate? i really dont wanna wait til the 18th for doing nothing wrong. this is wrong and unfair im 11 and all i do is play with my friends online. there is something very wrong here!

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
