    To it may concern

    I am the parent of two teenagers, that one has reported the other one of saying foul language in a Xbox live party. And it was Falsely Reported to have his brother banned from communicating and joining parties.

    My son's gamer tag is Goatboy284. His Gmail address is: [Mod Removed]. Who was Temporary Suspended.

    And my son who falsely reported him, his gamer tag is: AridBadge25. And his Gmail address is:
    [Mod Removed].

    I'm trying to correct this Issue of wrongful reporting between Two brothers having disagreements at home with one another. I have Punished them both, which will come down to cancelling there Xbox live membership forever and taking there consoles away.

    Which they will never play another game again.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
