    Brian a supervisor finally got me to this forum page. I'm very grateful for his service as its been fustrating to say the least because the other customer service people could not get me any answers. My son, Reece, has an active enforcement on his gamer
    tag for 'communication.' he is 12 and I monitor his gaming pretty closely and have for years. He is not a kid who would or does the actions listed under the communications enforcement list. He thinks others have falsely turned him in. So I got on your website
    to investigate. After trying to file a case review the system would not allow it because it had to be done by me since he's a child. But every time I try under my account it just shows 'congratulations, you have a perfect record.' There is no option for me
    to file the case review for him. Can you please help?

    case review

    That means that your account is not the parental account for his account.

    You would need to find out what account is the parental account for your sons account and sign in with that account.

    If you sign in with your sons account at account.microsoft.com/family it will show you what accounts are in his family including any adults.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
