    so I let my boyfriend play on my account and he gets my account suspended. How do I relieve this suspension since he did this on purpose to mess with me. Please help?

    Case review

    You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you let someone use your account and they break the code of conduct you are the one held accountable.

    The only ones who handle bans/suspensions are the enforcement team and the only way to reach them is by logging into enforcement.xbox.com with the suspended account and filing for a case review (if the suspension is eligible for one.)

    Dont expect the suspension to be lifted early however as again you are still accountable for activity on your account. Odds are the suspension wont be lifted early but filing for a case review is the only way to find out.

    However, as the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a
    violation. Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
