    Case review upheld


    Account was suspended (still is at the time of making this) from a looking for group post i made asking if anyone could duplicate modded weapons on borderlands 1 and dont see a problem with asking that so i did a case review and i came back a day later and
    it said the case review was upheld. Does that mean someone reviewed it and still gave me a suspension because its still a violation of code of conduct?

    The suspension is permanent does this mean that ive lost $2000+ worth of content because of a false accusation?? im not satisfied woth the way this case is being treated

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about an upheld case.

    No, there is no way to supersede any decision made by the Enforcement Team.

    If you case was upheld, then the only other option would be to wait until the suspension is over.

    I hope this help clarify anything that might not have seemed clear.

    You forfeit anything you had on the account in the case of a permanent ban. Since you submitted a case review, that means the enforcement team investigated your account twice and determined something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.
