Case review update, (it's been 3 days)

Hello my name is Zakariah, I submitted a case review on the 21st of this month and have yet to hear anything yet. Was wondering if anyone could look into it to see where I stand, many thanks.

same thing happened to me. Its been 3 days and the button to apply for a case review still isnt there. different browsers dont help.

 

I have been falsely accused

I already have it's been two days me trying to case review, I fail every time because of a pop up saying there's an enforcement

No one in the forums will be able to assist with that. You will have to wait on the appeal. Anyway, they don't typically reverse these types of changes.

They changed it to , I'm only appealing because I had to purchase my name and now I cannot use it, so hopefully I can either get my name back, or a refund for my purchase.

Thank you Zakariah. As what the Ambassador Onyx62is has stated, you have experienced a Forced Gamertag change. Our Enforcement Team who handles this case has changed your Gamertag for a valid reason. Only they can answer your question. As for the question
of why you couldn't change your tag for a fee using the same old Gamertag that was changed is because in Xbox, we don't recycle Gamertags. Feel free to contact our Enforcement via:
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo. In case you already did so, please be patient because like any other forums or third party enforcements, their replies depend on the number of
reports that they receive everyday.

I appreciate the help, I was mostly curious as to how long a case review usually takes as 3 days seems a little long. I'm not entirely sure why my name was changed in the first place, is ZforZakariah a valid name to change forcefully? Curious to find out
what they say.
