    Case review "Under Review" for 3 days


    Recently I found out I had a 7 day suspension for my account so I cant even login, with that I submitted a case review and I heard it should take a day or two but it was been 3 days and it still says "under review", any idea when they can approve it or get back to me so the suspension can be reduced?

    There's no exact timetable for when the enforcement team will complete their review.

    ah, I just hope my case review hasn't been looked down upon or pushed aside since its so important to me to log back in and some friend's that I've asked had theirs approved within the hour or the next day, so I was just wondering.

    How are you to Appeal a False Suspension when there is No Way To Contact Xbox Enforcement outside of Case Review?

    The issue was there was no case review. You only get the option for case review if the ban is 3 days, or longer.

    how long a review of the case lasts

    If the case is closed under the review section

    then they rendered their decision console bans are final

    If the case status is still pending then it's still under review noone but you can see the status
