Case Review Regarding Permanent Suspension

Hello, my name is Zack Tompkins. I am writing this in regards to the "Permanent Suspension" for my Xbox Live Account " SaitanzSpawn666 " .

I had received the suspension on 11/09/2012. On that date, I was given 2 enforcement suspensions. The first one is against my "Profile" and the other for "User Account Tampering". I understand, that my account has been banned until 31/12/9999. With that
being stated, I, willingly admit, to tampering with my Xbox Live Account using a Windows program known as "Horizon". I intentionally used the program to modify and alter my account's information, statistics, and settings. While using this program, I had altered
the following on my account :

- Account Information

- Gamer score

- Avatar

- Game Saves

- Gamer Pics

- Themes

I understand that when using this program, I had terminated my agreement with the "Xbox Live EULA". While using the program, I had also abused the privileges I was given. I, sincerely apologize for using the program on my account. It was highly wrong of
me, and most immature, to modify any aspect of my Xbox Live Account. I also understand that you, do not take lightly on these actions. I understand that you do not condone this kind of behavior by any means. I however, did not use the program to acquire illegally
downloaded content, or software. I swear, that I only modified the account on the Xbox. When my account was banned, I had lost all of the content I had purchased. I spent quite a bit of my money on that account. It has now been merely 6 years since I was given
this suspension. Even after my discontinuation, I've continued my patronage for Microsoft. I've been supporting Microsoft for quite some time. I know that what I had done, was against both regulation and policy. I am to this day, utterly ashamed of my actions. However,
I would like to ask of you to please, lift the suspensions enforced upon my account. I hope you find that I am worthy of this request. I understand, that my actions are to this day unforgivable, but I hope you could see it in your hearts, to give me the permission
to access my account. If Possible, you can reset my gamer score to 0, my avatar and information. I only ask for access to the account itself and my purchases. If you decide to deny my request, I will not be upset, for it would not matter. I thought I would
try to at least send this request. If I am not aloud to have my suspensions lifted, then I only ask if it would be possible for my existing purchases from the account " SaitinzSpawn666 " be transferred or migrated onto another account? There is really no other
way, to say what I've said in this post. I was foolish to even consider such a concept. Please forgive my ignorance.

At this point the suspension is permanent and you have absolutely no recourse or hope of getting it undone. Because it is more than 12 months ago you are not able to file a case review which is your only recourse. To file a case review the suspension has
to be longer than 24 hours and the suspension must gave occured in the the last 12 months which is no longer the case. I am sorry, the support person was incorrect. In this case it is indeed permanent. The Xbox Enforcement page regarding the Case Review process

Hi, note that the Xbox Enforcement Team is responsible for all matters regarding enforcement on Xbox, and they don't actually use or monitor these forums. In your case, since your suspension is longer than 24 hours but shorter than
permanent, you should be eligible to submit a case review to the Enforcement Team to appeal your suspension. For more information about the case review process: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums and since the ban was issued over 12 months ago it is no longer eligible for a case review. When you are banned, you forfeit anything remaining on the account so there is no way for anything to be transferred
from the banned account.
