Discus and support Case Review questionnaire/ Enforcement in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Ok so I have been banned from playing online through my Xbox Live and I don't know why?     Ok so I have been banned from playing online through my Xbox Live and I don't know why?

    The only thing I can think of, is when i beat some kid at FIFA the other day and he messaged getting stroppy (as the kids do when they lose).

    For whatever reason, I have been banned for "communication, harassment and threats". I did not, and would not ever threaten anyone online. I want to appeal but the Enforcement team cannot be contacted without completing some questionnaire first! Because
    i got one of the stupid questions wrong, I have to wait 24 hours before I can have another attempt?

    Excuse my french, but this is complete and utter BS... Anyone know of a way to contact someone in Microsoft to investigate this false report and lift this ban please?

    Funny thing is they issued this ban then the next day took £39.99 for the Xbox Live renewal- If that isn't a piss take I dont know what is!

    Account suspension

    Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way for you to contact the enforcement team and have your case reviewed. If you're failing the questionnaire, it's best to read over the code of conduct before taking it again. The questionnaire
    is really quite easy.

    Suspension

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. You will need to try taking the questionnaire again.

    ya start using common sense

    It doesn't matter who starts a fight you have to keep it clean

    The questionaire is real simple it is found on the terms of use

    And if you use common sense you should easily answer it with flying colors

    fyi all services use moderated contact not a call center for enforcement it lets them do their jobs and avoid spammers which would negate the purpose

    Yes spammer a would robocall such lines and you'd never get thru

    Considering your language on forums are you that surprised you were banned ?

    Gameplay has no reflection on communication suspensions

    Only by foul language and disruptive communications can you get a communications suspension which if severe enough van include a multiplayer suspension

    And no suspensions don't negate auto renewal unless you get a perm ban

    Which case you have no argument since a lot of enforcement action is needed for a perm ban

    As you already know the only way to comtaCt them is the website enforfeemtn.xbox.com

    The questionnaire is easy & there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.

    All the answers can be found in the CoC or on the enforcement site
    here


    Filing for a case review is the only way to appeal a suspension.

    You have used offensive language on this forum.

    Personally the word doesn't bother me like it doesn't bother you but it is still offensive language.

    Being suspended does not cancel auto renew if you have that enabled which is why £39:99 was taken.

    I will have to read up the T&C's then before i retake the test!... What I thought was the obvious answer (common sense), proved to be incorrect.
