    HI! i am very upset at microsoft. i got banned for absolutely no reason and i chatted with someone but that didnt help that much! i then went to the case review and applied and did the questionare! the questionare is so dumb! you get one question wrong then
    you fail the whole thing! i got a question with this exact sentence!

    "There is nothing wrong with a purple avatar. It just looks cool!

    "TRUE OR FALSE"

    i clicked true because i figured it meant the color purple BUT NO! WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK MICROSOFT! MAKE YOUR DANG QUESTIONARE SPECIFIC ENOUGH TO WHERE THE PERSON APPLYING ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO ANSWER THE GOD DANG QUESTION! YOU GUYS ARE SO INCOMPETENT! FIX
    YOUR GOD DANG QUESTIONARE! I CANT DO THE THING ANYMORE TODAY BECAUSE I FAILED IT 3 TIMES! YOUR QUESTIONS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CODE OF CONDUCT! THE QUESTIONS ARE NOT SPECIFIC! LIKE THAT EXAMPLE I PUT UP THERE ^ DO YOU MEAN THE COLOR PURPLE OR SOME REFERENCE
    THAT NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT EXCEPT YOU GUYS! FIX YOUR FRICKING QUESTIONARE! I AM SO DONE WITH MICROSOFT DOING THIS! OH MY GOD FIX THIS OR I SWEAR TO GOD YOUR GOING TO LOSE A CUSTOMER, YOU MAY NOT CARE BUT YOU COULD AT LEAST GIVE A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF YOUR TIME
    TO HELP THE FANS OF XBOX FIGURE OUT WHY A PROBLEM HAPPENED ON THE MOST ACCIDENT PRONE CONSOLE IN THE WHOLE WORLD! ;(

    Already attempted that, failed the questionare for a case review so have to wait 24 hours for a second attempt. Curious to see if there is anything else I can do.

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums. While answering to the questionare in the case review you msut always refer to the Code of Conduct and the information you find here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    That questions does have to do with the code of conduct actually. A purple avatar would be a modded avatar which is a violation.

    That question is extremely easy.The questionnaire is there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC so they all have something to do with the code of conduct.

    You do not get banned for false reports & the questionare is easy if you know the code of conduct,which is the whole point of it.

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
