Case review overturned but i am still banned

Long story short the enformemt team suspened me from showing my first an last name to the public because it was “offensive” the display name was “use code HJ” an they ban me from displaying to public. I did case review because i believe it is not offensive
an the case was overturned but i still can not show my first an last name to the public. Everytime i save it to “everryone” i refresh the page an it goes back to “blocked” i contacted xbox support an they basically told me they cant do anything about it so
here i am. Its been 2 weeks since i got the case overturned an i still cant display my name to the public.

There was an issue on this in 2012 and they didnt do anything anyway. They advised him to change the name or use the sharing option I gave him a link to help with that very thing.

Have you tried with your proper name to see if that works?

otherwise, you are stuck as youve already tried the appeals,process.

Customer support cannot do anything dealing with enforcement, do not send them to customer support. They will tell them the exact same thing. Customer support WILL NOT waive any fees for gamer tag changes, especially for forced gamer tag changes. By
the way customer support hates it when they get a chat saying they were told they could get a free gamer tag change or that they have a ban and can customer support help.
