    I’m very annoyed that my account has been suspended for no reason whatsoever and I would like it lifted by the enforcement team.I understand that your jobs are extremely difficult but it is heartbreaking when you have been suspended for nothing

    If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

    To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

    Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

    If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.

    ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

    I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
    me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

    24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case reviews because by the time the case review is done the suspension would be over.

    I understand, but there is no where for me to file a claim. There is no button saying, “review case again”!
    Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. 24 hour suspensions are for example are not eligible for case review.

    If it is a 24 hour suspension, then there is no case review, as it takes longer than the suspension to review.
