    For whatever reason, I’ve had a case review open since January and as a result of this happening, I cannot get a refund on a preorder I have, and the woman I spoke to assured me, given my circumstance, I could get the refund for it. I’ve tried contacting
    the enforcement team to no avail. I’ve lost my internet service completely as of two days ago. This is why I need the refund. It’s absurd to pay $106 for something and that not have the means of being able to play it. I’d also like to say that the support
    rep I spoke to earlier did not help me at all.

    If you have completed a case review at the
    Enforcement site
    , it can usually take a couple of days for the review to be completed.

    How do i find my Case Review results?

    Over the course of the review, your case may show several different status levels, including:

    • Submit Case: You are about to submit a case for review. Please make sure to include any relevant information or facts before submitting.
    • Under Review: Your case is currently under investigation by XBLPET.
    • Need Info: XBLPET requires additional information from you. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s latest comment and submit additional details to continue the investigation. Note that not every case will require additional information
      and/or discussion.
    • Decision: The Case Review has completed. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s comments for additional information.
    • Summary: The completed outcome of the Case Review, which you may refer to following the case’s closure.

    You can check your Case Review status at any time by visiting your Enforcement History or Case Review History.

    when your account is perm banned there is no case review

    And no you get no refund as the support personnel said

    They have no say in enforcement matters

    Don't break the rules it is that simple

    99.9% of online players can get along why can't you

    A case review for a ban/suspension?

    Not sure how you could have a case review open since January,they are resolved pretty quickly,usually within about 72 hours.

    Either way,phone/chat support should issue a refund if it's a pre order.

    They are the only ones with access to your account & billing info & who can issue refunds.

    There is nothing they can do about anything enforcement related though.

    Not sure how you could have a case review open since January,they are resolved pretty quickly,usually within about 72 hours.

    Either way,phone/chat support should issue a refund if it's a pre order.

    They are the only ones with access to your account & billing info & who can issue refunds.

    There is nothing they can do about anything enforcement related though.

    Hey

    What exactly is the issue with the questionaire ?

    You would need to do the questionnaire for the case review. If you failed this then you would need to wait 24 hours before trying again. You may also want to check that you meet the requirements for a case review. Also make sure you do this on a laptop or
    computer not a mobile device

    Cant complete the case review questionnaire

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If the case review is not eligible, then there is nothing else you can do. If you're having issues with the site while trying to take the questionnaire, try clearing your browser's
    cookies/cache or try another browser.
