    The enforcement page keeps reloading to the home page while trying to take the survey. as i was trying to file a case review.

    If you're attempting the review on a smartphone, make sure you open the link in a separate window for the browser. For example, If I click a link on my Android phone from inside my email app, it opens the link in the app browser. I then have to select
    to open it in Chrome by either copying the link and pasting it in a new window or select the "Open In Chrome" option from the three dot menu. If you're using a computer, make sure to clear your cookie/cache history before loading the link. Chrome for example,
    is horrible about getting jammed up with old cookies. So bad that I need to flush mine once a week just to access these forums... sometimes more!

    You will have to follow the instructions at the enforcement team website for submitting a case review. That is the only resource for doing it and no one in the forums or support has access to the information. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home/howTo#sub-topic0-6

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
