    Case review history not showing up


    hello, i had my gamer tag reported and it was forced changed by xbox enforcement. I created a case review and was emailed that my case review status changed on 3 separate occasions. I now go to enforcement home and no history shows up for me to see what
    was said by enforcement on this matter. It now just states "congratulations you have a perfect record" where it was orange before. I was trying to get my gamer tag back because it was not offensive and has been the same name for 7 years.

    Have a Temp Ban and would like to know what it was for

    So i am banned but it does not show up in the "Enforcement and Activity History" what do i do? i cant get a case review if it dosnt show up right?

    Case review doesn't show up

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. If the option is not listed, all you can do is wait it out.

    Hi, whilst you may think there isn't an issue wit the gamertag and you won a case review by explaining the reason of the word used, chances are you won't get it back. It may not be offensive in your Country but in another part of the world could well be.

    How long does it normally take for a case to be reviewed

    Check the status of your case review in the enforcement history of your account. It will show how far the review is.
