Case review for Child's account.

I received an enforcement email for my child's account, communication based, however I cannot submit a case review for his account, even thought MY account IS logged in. I DEMAND to know WHY my child was banned from communications, for how long, and What
specifically he said to cause this action, but XBOX isn't allowing me to do so. I DEMAND to know why and I will NOT accept any bull****, round and round in circles explanations! DO NOT tell me I have to log into my account to submit a review request, because
as I said I AM already Logged in and it gives me NO option to request a review of his account. Fix this or give me the answer I demand NOW!

No one can file a case review for you (that happens only in the case of a child's account and in that case is the parent account doing this). If you have issues with enforcement site try a different browser.

Actions that breach the Code of Conduct can be performed before the first suspension is issued. As a parent you can check the suspension act decided on your child's account: https://enforcement.xbox.com

Any information about the ban would be listed on the enforcement site. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no other way to contact them.

It's real simple let your child know they must use rated e for everyone language and it doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone must follow the rules
