    hey, i received a 14day ban from xbox live. I go through the case review system and the reason they give me is completely false and grossly misunderstood. Is there any way i can contact them again after the case was upheld
    to explain the reasoning.

    This is not a case of me wanting my account back due to being salty, i understand what it sounds like.

    The Case Review unfortunately was your opportunity to help identify if the enforcement team made a mistake in their initial investigation. As they would have taken into account any of the new evidence you presented when you submitted it.

    I'd highly recommend reviewing the Microsoft Service Agreement in the meantime and once your suspension ends, I would avoid whatever action led to your suspension/misunderstanding.

    No. The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team to investigate your suspension again. You're only allowed one review.
    This really isnt fair, is there any way i can contact xbox after the ban is finished and explain myself. I should not be banned

    I'm sorry to hear you have troubles with your account. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do here about Enforcement, and the Enforcement team doesn't use the forum.

    Your only possibility is to go to Enforcement webpage and submit a case review.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, then there isn't anything else you can do but wait it out.
