    Hi, I have a problem...

    I am unable to apply for Case Review because whenever I click on Agree to Terms and Conditions, it takes me back to the beginning.

    Please help me.

    I received a ban on the chat - ok, I understand, my nerves hurt, I will not do more. But why 2 days later I received a ban on playing online? I did not do anything wrong ???

    Xbox Support forums.?The primary place for further information will be our Xbox

    Enforcement page while signed-in: https://enforcement.xbox.com . You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat

    support team through our Contact Us page to inquire if there is an enforcement action still on

    your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they

    should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    I know until I get banned, but I do not know what for. The quiz can only be solved until tomorrow, I do not understand why I was blocked the ability to play online. By Friday I have to play the FIFA elimination tournament and the days are flying ... It's
    some kind of paranoia

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
