Can't submit case review

cant find out how to complain formally or submit a case review, (doesn't show up anywhere on the enforcement action page)

Can't answer to open case review - case review window doesn't pop up

Check the bottom of the page to see if there is an option to report a bug. I'm not sure if that feature is on those pages though. Otherwise since it is something several people have reported the past couple of days, support is hopefully passing on the information
to have it fixed.

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. If the option is not listed, all you can do is wait it out.

Hi, whilst you may think there isn't an issue wit the gamertag and you won a case review by explaining the reason of the word used, chances are you won't get it back. It may not be offensive in your Country but in another part of the world could well be.

A case review would only be available through the enforcement site. If it doesn't show any active suspensions, then you wouldn't be able to submit a case review.
