    This is the second time I am posting my problem since there is apparently no human to speak to. I received an email Saturday stating my son has been suspended for "communications". The suspension is for 2 weeks. He has never been suspended before, and his
    rating is a good player even on the enforcement page. He was never told why he was suspended in addition to the fact that he was asleep at the time of the said suspension. If this was a 24 hr. type to teach him a lesson I probably would let it go, but it is
    much longer and I don't believe you can be accused of something without knowing what you did and having the opportunity to defend yourself. What is worse it's impossible to speak to anyone. I keep getting told to go to enforcement page and click on case review.
    The page shows an orange box when I clicked on it, it shows a generic cause for suspension and the date and time of occurrence, there is absolutely nothing to click on to ask for a review. Can somebody please advise me instead of deleting my post I spend too
    much money on Microsoft to be treated this way.

    Try a different browser or computer to access the enforcement link to file a case review. Good luck.

    Suspensions are not always given at the time of the infraction because the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team takes the time to investigate before a suspension is issued.

    He was banned for 2 weeks which shows the severity of the offense. More information below. Please see the very bottom of the page for a note.

    Again, what I want to know is what it is he could have possibly said to cause this duration of a suspension. I know my son, and the xbox is in our living room. I find it hard to believe that after all these years of never having any problems he would say
    something to anyone to cause this. I have been reading many posts and apparently he is not alone in this. I would expect more from Microsoft, a parent has a right to know what their child did. Additionally, I still don't understand why I am unable to ask for
    a review. It was for more than 24 hrs. and not a ban as stated on the review page.

    A suspension from the enforcement team is decided only after there is enough evidence to bring such a decision. The subject of the enforcement can be found here:

    Since you are trying to ask a review for a minor's account (a minor's account can't ask for a case review) you should do it through the parental account related to the minor's account in question.

    I am on my account, the email was sent to my email address, his mother. I have never heard of not being able to speak to an investigator, or for an investigator not to speak to the accused or their parent especially a minor and only receive a generic statement
    of cause. If he did say something so inappropriate to warrant a 2 week suspension as a first offense I should know what was said.

    Unfortunately, even with a review, they will not tell you specifically what was done or said. They are under no obligation based on the terms of service you agree to when you sign up.

    The ability to report players without providing any proof is a broken system from the get-go. Currently I'm being affected by other users abusing the report function as my rep has dropped quite dramatically on my X-box One. The system in place now is absurd
    in the fact that you don't need proof to report somebody. That needs to be changed ASAP. You should need proof and considering you can record through the X-Box One that shouldn't be hard to provide. With people being able to record instances of actual cheating
    or trolling it's inexcusable that nobody has to actually submit any kind of evidence to bring somebody's rep down. I get that it would take a while to sift through, but if you put a cooldown period on people's ability to report who abuse it and allow esteemed
    community members to help moderate then you'll fix most of the issues people are having while getting the reputation system to actually work as intended. I played Battlefield 4 almost every day and played well. To get reported for whatever reasons is just
    not fair to me and many others that are good at a game. So I called the live support team and quickly got nowhere. They could not communicate with the enforcement team at all. As a consumer, I want to make sure I get the quality I expect from a product and
    the support I need in case I encounter issues with it and I got nothing from either teams.
