    My other account “asdfghwer” is permanent banned from Xbox live since Friday. Then I opened a case review in which I had contact to a support agent. He told me that I used a code which was stolen, and I should send a receipt of the purchase to proof that
    I bought it. Problem here they only sent me the code I redeemed, nothing else. To find the receipt faster in my Paypal account I asked for the product and the date I redeemed the code on my xbox. After that my case review gets closed. The support told me to
    open a forum with another account cause my original one is no longer allowed to use the forum. Is it possible to have direct contact to the enforcement support to have a fast clarification here?

    How Can I get the 11 months back from my Banned account onto my new account??

    @ ONIFIVE says What about the people who are banned and can back up thier innocence with proof which is ignored?

    Refer me to one person/gametag who has proof of innocence and has been ignored, just one.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact th enforcement team. They do not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, then there is nothing else you can do.

    I already sumbitted a case review, in which I was asked to proof my innocence with a receip for a code I redeemed.

    Because I don't know which product is behind the code I asked for more details (what product).

    And then the case get's closed?

    The guy from the support told me that maybe a moderator here can have a look into my account and tells me what's going on

    You're Lucky. For me, when I try to click on the Case Review "Need Info", I go back to the main page of enforcement and I'm blocked to a closed circle loop.

    Since Friday, I don't know really what is the origin of this banishment and because enforcement is a kind of Mission Impossible team, you cannot contact them for requesting an issue to their website. At first, we have in mind that was a virus attack to Microsoft
    because we are not thieves or cheaters...

    More than 12 years that we are Xbox Users and it starts to be very annoying. After more than a week end to play with PS4, we start to think to go on Sony console definitively if we don't receive any answer (with all adds that we can do to all of our friends

    not sure what your proof has anything to do with your suspension

    You do realize what marketplace theft is right?

    When the pet team sees a pattern of refunds to get content without paying or using your license transfer or home console in a way to get free content from others account over time it's never instant. You just happened to login or finally see the suspension
    when you made the purchase

    Marketplace theft isn't a permanent ban it's until however long the suspension is

    Not redeemed content unless you purchased an account for certain content from third party sites etc

    Today I recieved another mail from the enfrocment team. But I have the same problem like you and can't open the history due to a circle loop.

    I contacted the support again, and they told me it's a problem on the enforcement website.

    They ping me within 48h. I'll keep you up to date Case review closed without any reason - I can proof my innocence with a receip :)

    It's not only your mentioned pattern.

    They say I have entered a code for a product which was stolen. Off course they now think I have stolen the code and suspended me for lifetime.

    So they asked me to provide a receipt which proofs that I bought it to undo my suspension.

    They also want to now the website and the name of the retailer from which I bought the code.

    Then the case review get's closed without any reason. Now it's open again and I have the same problem like @belleto

    I don't think you understand your issue

    Codes can't be stolen

    No one not even support knows who owns a code until.its redeemed

    If it was stolen from a store it would be invalid that's it

    If you mean you did something to get the code like illegitimate trading which isn't supported by xbox then yes you can be punished but not for marketplace theft

    I forgot the ever rare other marketplace theft and it sounds like your case which isn't appealable.

    Receipts won't do you any good if it is one of those suspensions.

    If it is a prerelease content for.the.media so you can get the content without waiting then no that is marketplace theft and you have to take it up with the seller

    The support contacted me today that the enfocement website is fixed.

    I uploaded my receipt which proofs that I bought the code in a webshop. And voila, my account is now unbanned.
