    Case Review and Gamerpic help


    My profile picture was recently removed because apparently it was "inappropriate". It was a picture of someone with foam coming out of their mouth. Disgusting, I know, but I did that as a joke to my friends and I'm pretty sure I didn't break any rules. Also,
    since the Xbox Enforcement page is outdated, I can't look around to make a case review because of pop-ups.

    Gamer pic issue

    If a comm-ban also suspends you from uploading a custom gamerpic, then there's nothing you can do but wait until the comm-ban is over. I would imagine a custom gamerpic is a "communications" feature too.

    Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    You can only file one case review per enforcement action.

    Once filed your ban/suspension will be investigated again & you will receive the decision once they are finished.
