    Like M3tal Daz3 pointed out above, any and all Enforcement related issues are pointed at the
    Xbox Live Enforcement site. We do not have any information regarding Enforcement actions taken. If your issue is regarding billing, you will need to reach out to

    Case number help?

    The support team that I talked to said I had to post my case number somewhere for them to see. I've done a case review before which was a waste of time as is. They charged me a subscription renewal fee for a ban account so I want answers, they can't just
    sit behind a wall and hide from me

    Did you only recently upgrade to Gold? If so, wait a week and then try to apply again.

    If it's an older subscription, leave the website alone for at least 48 hours, then try again.

    Bump this thread with the results and hopefully you'll have a positive update, otherwise we'll see if we can get someone to look at your profile for you.

    Please also confirm that this account has never had any Enforcement actions (eg forced name change) against it.

    no it has not had any actions and I have had gold for a month xbox support told me that with the case number someone will manual make me an ambassador.

    That's not entirely correct.

    First try in a different browser just to eliminate that possibility, but after that you should wait at least 48 hours before trying again. This allows the system to refresh the information it has on you.

    If that still does not resolve it (and there is a chance it will, because the XCL website is a little temperamental), post back here and we'll see if they can look into your account.

    However, looking into your account is a longer process and still requires that you apply via the XCL website, not that you get manually added.

    These are the instructions I have been given after I had a chat with one of the Support Agents after seeing numerous instances of people experiencing the same issue as yourself.
