    I still haven't receive my deposit, I spoke to a rep today and he told me that my Microsoft account and xbox rewards are in the same region, I change my Microsoft account region a few days ago hoping I get deposit on 4/12/2018 but did not happen, if there
    anything else I have to do please let me know, I also receive an email saying that there is an issue with my account.

    Timing of Deposit?

    I have 5000 points available, but no deposit yet; my understanding was automatic deposits forfor 5000 and up took place on the 15th and 30th. I also tried to request an early deposit today since it hasn't happened yet, but the early deposit option wasn't

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Australian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
    your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    When to get XBL Rewards?

    When you say you "reached 110 pending points at the very beginning of the month" it makes me think that you had 90 and then did the monthly survey. If that is the case then that is why they have not been deposited yet. The points deposited on the 15th are
    tallied on the 1st and any new points earned on the 1st are not counted in this tally. You should get the points on the 30th.

    If the Rewards site shows they've been deposited, then they would have already been added to your account balance. You would need to try checking your account at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com to confirm the deposit or contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Pending rewards points.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So your credits
    would be scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.
    In their FAQ it states that if you make it to 5000 at least 3 days before the deposit date then they will deposit them into your account, that doesn't appear to be the case considering I had well over 5000 10 days prior to the posting date, yet they still
    didn't post. It's just confusing when their FAQ states one thing then they don't follow it.
