    Hello,

    I'm not receiving my 8% back in rewards when I buy stuff on the Xbox one store. I talked with someone but he told me to post on the forums for more help. This pretty much tells the issues I am having.

    MART: Just to clarify, you mean you were not receiving points when making purchases in Xbox store. Would that be correct?

    ME: Correct for example I bought Tom clancy ghost recon, for about $108? I should have got back $8.64 in rewards

    MART: I see. For the Xbox Rewards, every rewards that you will be earning would be displayed on your Mycredits progress band and in Mystatement within 2 to 4 days. Once you accumulate 5000 credits or more,
    they will be converted into your local currency. 5000 rewards credits are equal to $5.

    ME: Right, I never received from my purchases....I did get $15 like a month or two ago...but I did a pre-order 3 games and get $15 back....but I never got 8% from anything I bought since Jan 2017...if I
    did its not the whole 8% like I should.

    Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are not eligible for MyVip.

    If you made other qualifying purchases that you have not yet been rewarded for then the staff will review your account and reply to you here. They work monday - friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons,
    themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Since your purchases have been mostly pre-orders and game consumables up to April, they have not been eligible for MyVIP.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.
