I already reported the issue there and they told me to restart the Xbox. Upon restarting, the DLC packs were still not available. Frankly, I'm getting sick of the run around. The Forum you linked tells me to talk to Xbox support, Xbox support tells me to
talk to the forum. No one is addressing the apparent misinformation provided in the details of the Car Pass. If all 6 monthly car packs from October to March are NOT available, then don't say that they are. If they are NOT all available, change the price to
reflect this. Or provide those who are not able to get the advertised content codes to install the missing DLC.

Didn't play that game before but I do miss how in Forza Horizon 3, you could play your own music. Now with Forza Horizon 4, they removed that feature. It is ok because the game is still fun!
