Carnt sign in on my xbox one

still waiting for some help. my other thread got closed so i carnt write anything back on there. the main problem im having is i carnt recieve any email from xbox or xbox rewards and for some reason it wont unregister me at xbox rewards so i carnt sign back

i carnt connect to xbox live it comes up with error your xbox is connected to the internet but cant contact xbox live

i carnt sign in because i formatted my hard drive and i need internet to download my account

@THEOWENKILLER. I bought the points. Granted,they may have been on my account for ages as i struggle to buy anything off the marketplace to be honest. As for my EA account,i dont think i have one,or carnt remember signing up for one.

i got a new xbox today but i carnt seem to download my old gamertag one on too my new one keeps on saying error n i done my password n its the right email but is it becuse im suspended i carnt doo it can somone plz explain ???
