carnt get hold of anybody from Xbox chat and call back dosent work

As I mentioned, confirm the purchase edition on the order history link, once found press ton the game icon, will take you to the Xbox web store, login there and finally press on the"Install to" button

Yeah it’s not installing I had to uninstall it then went to reinstall the game and just keeped saying installinion stoped and when I gone on the store there is 2 vanguard games one says buy the game then next to it mange install or something

Please cancel the current installation process, and do it after every time the steps fail

If you are using and external storage please unplug it and install the game in the internal storage

If you aren't installing on a external storage but you have one plugged please unplug it and power cycle the console, if that doesn't work restore the console without deleting game and apps

Still no further forward la been fob of twice on the phone by them putting it down have to go though Microsoft to get put onto xbox and keep getting pissed off so am just waiting to here back of citizens advice and ombudsmen been 5 weeks now and haven’t been able to talk to 1 person apart from activison and twitter

So the problem it's not the installation as you mentioned, but that you need to purchase the game again?
