Hola el otro dia me hicieron un cargo de 728 pesos chilenos dos veces y aun no me devuelven el dinero, yo ocupo una tarjeta de credito prepago (mach) y necesito que me hagan la devolucion de eso para poder comprarle el pase a mi hermano pequeño, ya van a
pasar casi 24 horas y en otras compras me hacen la verificacion y en menos de 1 hora o 2 me devuelven pero aqui veo post antiguos y dicen que han pasado 20 dias y no se los devuelven...

Yo di de alta en una ocasión una tarjeta Mastercard y me pasó lo mismo, vi dos veces el cargo, pero llegando mi fecha de corte apareció un abono. No sé si sea exclusivo de Mastercard.

Order history, so that you can verify what it was that was billed to your account.

Refund Request Webform? If it was through the refund request form, you can respond to the email they sent you for more information
