career mode problem.

Discus and support career mode problem. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I always start career mode with n-power league 2 sides and I get them up to prem league I play for 3-5 seasons without aany job offers from bigger...     career mode problem.


    I always start career mode with n-power league 2 sides and I get them up to prem league I play for 3-5 seasons without aany job offers from bigger teams . I browse jobs and apply but never get the job . I got Wycombe to a 4 star team and applied for job
    at Sunderland who were championship and they went with other candidates . Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong .

    I have done that before. But as I said in my original post, I had missed the offer and I haven't been given another offer. I keep getting that I am being considered by various countries but never given an offer by any of them.

    I'm probably in my 12th season in my Career Mode. I have yet to be offered an International managerial role. I get the message that I am shortlisted for various countries but never get the chance to apply for a position. When I just started the career
    mode, I bought that item but unfortunately I missed the offer.

    Has anyone ever experienced this before? And if so, were you ever given the chance to apply for another international offer?

    Is there anything that I can do in order to get a managerial offer?

    If you go to the Catologue where you can buy coin boosts, kits, celebrations etc there is an option to buy international job offer. I did this at the start of season and by September I had been offered a national job.
