    how to select cars from the garage in Cars 2 (multiplayer mode)

    In Cars 2, in the multiplayer mode, how do you select each players car from the garage? I get into the garage and can highlight the car I want and it says "Ready to go" but what do I do from here to select that as my car. This applies to both players.

    Maybe Rockstar just don't know the answer to questions like ranks being restored, need to start new characters etc? ..

    When I phoned my son this morning he said he was playing quite happily last night, when he went onto the game this morning he's lost his character/stats, second time it's happened in 2 days. I know he's not happy about it but like he said, what can you do?
    I'm sure Rockstar are working around the clock to resolve these issues and why I understand gamers frustrations but all you can do is sit tight, I'm sure it will be sorted ASAP!
