    Hello, I was put on a communications ban last night for unfair reasons. I'll explain why (because for whatever reason when you make a case appeal it's only 500 characters?). So I put up a post on Destiny 2 looking for one player, I found a player and invited
    him to a party. He wasn't interested in the post and was just looking to "troll" so after the "troll" and another member in the party get into an argument I make life easier by removing the "troll" from the party. But the player insisted on sending me a message,
    I made the mistake of replying. Next thing I know my friends in the part can't hear me and I can't send messages? I think "oh what's wrong?" Next thing I know I've been suspended from communicating with any player for the first time ever for a week. I've been
    a part of this community for almost 10 years. While that doesn't warrant a pardon you think Microsoft "Enforcement" could at least give me a reasonable platform of more than 500 CHARACTERS to actually explain the story. This enforcement team has shown me and
    many others from what I've seen that they have no regard nor care for their long-term customers such as myself. Microsoft's form of care I guess is hiring an ametuer team of "Enforcement Officers" to suspend people from a product that they have purchased when
    they have no idea what has actually happened. I spent hours trying to call Microsoft "support" yet another poor experience and a real reflection of how Microsoft actrally feels about it's customers. Support tells me "oh I can't connect you to enforcement it's
    impossible they're our supervisors, we don't Even have a phone number to transfer you to." So I guess after ten years of throwing money at this company I get treated like I've sent abusive messages to every single person I have ever played with. I have been
    a part of this "Microsoft Experience" for years. I've never had a problem up until now I thought support was great. But this "Enforcement team" has pushed me over the edge I'm done with Microsoft. I cannot stress strongly enough how much Microsoft doesn't
    care about it's player base and won't even bat an eye at when taking the product that you have purchased away from you without even giving you the proper podium to explain what happened. I cannot stress enough that i no longer recommend anyone plays Xbox live
    or Xbox, i also can now tell you from personal experience that Microsoft support also doesn't care about your Xbox problems after spending hours on the phone with them today. I'm ashamed to have to admit that the one thing Microsoft gave me after years of
    profiting off my dollar, a suspension. They have shown their appreciation of my patronage by taking action up against me. This is disgraceful. Do no be a part of this community.

    They need to fix their purchasing system, and make sure that things are actually paid for before giving the goods/services. It's a bit like you leaving a store with a new game you bought, thinking you had paid for it with no problems. The shop coming to
    your house a few weeks later and taking your console away because actually you hadn't paid for the game.

    You shouldn't have been able to use the points if your card didn't go through.

    I would advise you to try contacting support again, maybe in writing instead of on the phone. You can send an email through xbox.com here, you can also complain about the service you received:
