    The star challenges were working just fine then randomly I tried to select a card in the TriPeaks challenge set and it wasn't working. Like it let me select the challenge and hit play but then I couldn't select the cards after that and I tried several times
    to figure out the issue to no avail please help

    today i put in my gold card and selected 600 point reward and have not receved it... why not?

    Hey there SoB QUIET RIOT!

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues! Yesterday we had a service alert about something similar, are you still experiencing this issue? If so try a full power cycle:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.
    Post back and let us know if you're still experiencing this issue so we can help get it sorted!

    Could be a hardware issue, but let's try to isolate a bit more the problem.

    But first tell me:
    Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
    Are you able to test the unrecognized discs on another console?
    And what did you tried so far to fix this?

    For future reference, the system now allows payments to be split. So more than likely it was asking if you wanted to use the money you already had in your account in addition to paying the balance on your credit card. Since you have to basically confirm
    the payment to get to that point, by saying no you were basically telling the system that you did not want to use your balance and just wanted to purchase the game using your credit card.

    You can redownload the games from your download history. You can try contacting support to see if they can issue a refund, however everything in the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee of one. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're
