    I got a great idea. Seeings how everyone and their brother seems to be having the same problem with your system accepting their payment options maybe you fix the problem before we all get sick of it and leave for PlayStation. It does this every time I get
    a new card for the last 9 years.

    Can't pay...infuriating

    Try contacting your credit card company. Perhaps xbox billing is being rejected by them.

    If I remember right from a friends similarity in the problem it was his card being rejected by Xbox.

  5. This is what happens when you enter your card information into the system. And really with any online company

    Microsoft sends the information to your bank to verify that it all matches up. when i say information i mean like billing address, 3 digit security code on the back of your card,name on the card

    this way people cant just get ahold of your card information and purchase stuff if that information does not match up with what your bank has then MS will not allow you to even put the card onto an account.

    Now MS system does not like the Prepaid type gift credit cards that people get because most of those do not require a name or a billing address on them. (dont know if your using one of those or not)

    If you are getting a message like it says in the message that your bank is not authorizing the payment method that means it is on your banks end for some reason and you would need to contact your bank.

    "I recommend you try the following possible solutions:

    - Try linking your payment method from a browser or a different one to see if you still have the same problem.

    - Associate your debit/credit card with a Paypal account and try to make the purchase with that payment method, it generally does not cause problems and is just as secure.

    - If none of the previous solutions work, please wait 48 hours without trying to link any new payment method to your account so that if you have a temporary block, it will be removed."
