There is no sticker on cards you scratch it off

Are you sure it's not a scam card ?

,the current scam is someone prints their stolen card barcode and covers another card and return it

Then when someone activates the covered card the scammers card is activated instead of yours

Scratch cards don't have stickers

You have to contact the store or the card issuer

Fyi if the cards have a scratch area that's what you are supposed to do not take off stickers which are scam cards

Microsoft Account Payments webpage, from here you should be able to review the payment option you have loaded for your account and hopefully be able to add your card here.
