Card was charged for Xbox X ordered on November 10th

You are just going to have to wait till they know they have stoxk and can confirm shipment

The earliest for the next batch is dec23 last I saw

Thats assuning you dont get it from another retailer

You gotta remember ms is still fullfilling the preorders from sept and oct

And no retailers have exteas atm with the global shortage of consoles which is expected to be ongoing for months

Same here. I ordered my console on 11/10/2020 at about 1:25am in the morning EST . I was so excited to secure a console and even more excited to read the confirmation which said the money will ONLY BE WITHDRAWN upon shipment of the item. Well if the earliest
shipment date isn't until 12/23/20, then the earliest the money should have been withdrawn is 12/23/20. It would have given us a chance to secure a console by other means and bare minimum it's the financially responsible thing to do as a company. These aren't
pre-orders. It says on the confirmation that the latest possible ship date was 12/23/20, now it sound's like that's the earliest possible shipping date. Again...wouldn't be as big of a deal if they returned the money or were more transparent about shipping
issues. One or the other.

Same here I ordered Nov 10th, and still pending. What doesn't make any sense is the charge. Pre orders from people I know that went through retailers such as best buy had the payments sent back to them until it was actually shipped out. I expect Microsoft
to do the same if they have no actual stock left rather than take payments THAT far in advance... what is the actual point of even having a "release" day date if you allow pre orders to exceed supply so easily. I shouldn't be "waiting for the next batch" at
all if I secured an order on the actual release date...js

I actually am extra clueless on mine as well because they seem to think the alias email is the place to send shipping info rather than my actual outlook email 🤦‍♂️. An email I don't even have access to anymore has my receipt I guess. I only have the "pending"
icon to rely on in the order history tab for my shipment 😭

I pre-ordered my Xbox one on Amazon as well. I have not received any shipping information yet but they will charge your card when the order is ready to ship. If you have an estimated delivery of November 22nd your card should be charged on Wednesday, November
20th. I purchased Amazon gift cards and applied it to my order so my card will not get charged.
