    I need help. I lent my card to a friend, who lost the account and now i think my card is paying a useless 12.99 euros for a gamepass that none of us can use. He lost both e-mail and password, so I can't unlink my card.

    If you don’t have access to the account that made the purchase, then I'm afraid you’ll need to contact your financial institution to prevent future charges and/or issue you a new card.

    Why didn't your card work with Amazon? If your card is giving you problems with multiple retailers, then the problem might be your card.
