    Card info not correct/not going through. How to fix it?


    My card says wrong info typed.. obviously triple quadruple checked it. Called my bank, card is open and should be up and running for any purchase I make.. go to call/text support and I’ve gotten transferred 3-5 times. So obviously they don’t know what they’re doing either.

    I'm not sure about the issue with the card, but I would maybe try purchasing the game through the web store instead of the xbox store.

    Are you sure the card info you entered is correct?

    Have you checked the info that is on your attached payment option to make sure that the card info has the correct billing address, expiration date and CCV code (usually 3 digit number on the back)? If all that info is correct, you may need to try waiting
    24-48 hours before buying points through the Xbox website or console. As an alternitive, you can purchase a points code through the Amazon or Gamestop websites that will be emailed to you once the purchase completes.

    Is it possible that I attempted to add a credit card with wrong info too many times so it won't let me add it with the correct info now? If so, how long would I have to wait?
