    Hello, I had a card code for a subscription of 6 months XBOX life gold. I wanted to take the deal XBOX game pass for 1 euro. I wanted to delete it but it has deleted also my card code which was still
    OK for 4 month. But I was only refunded for the 1 euro subscription!!! What can I do???

    Yes this is exactly what happened :

    - the subscription offered for $1 was well for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which offers both Xbox
    Live and Xbox Game Pass ! The deal was the first month at $1 and then I realize that the following 5 months (I believe it was 6 in total in the offer) would be charged at $12,99 : this is the reason why I canceled. It was not very clear in the initial offer
    description : I thought it was one single month for trial at $1 ...

    Then what you describe in your reply happened : by accepting the offer, they converted my remaining Xbox Live membership (4 months left) into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Thus, by cancelling the deal it resulted in the cancellation of the entirety of the original
    subscription left. This is unfair to my understanding.

    The question is : how can I proceed to recover the initial situation which was 4 remaining months of Xbox Live Gold ??

    You cant

    You were told when yoi initially upgraded that it was a one time upgrade and if canceled it would null any balance

    You would only get what you paid for the upgrade which is 1 dollar

    The normal proccess is to turn off autorenewal not ask for a refund which is fyi not normally refundable due to lack of 1month or less balance

    But since yoi did an upgrade it gave you 4months but you forfeited it by canceling

    We would like to confirm that the subscription offered for $1 was not
    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
    which offers both Xbox Live and Xbox Game Pass which would therefore convert
    your Xbox Live membership of 4 months into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If this was the subscription that you purchased, cancelling it would have cancelled the entirety of the subscription left.

    Hi Vincent,

    The terms are clearly detailed in the product description in the Microsoft Store, the

    FAQ for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
    found on the same page, and you are given a warning before joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that your time will be converted if you still have any time available for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass separately. You also
    have the option to turn off the auto renewal to prevent the charge for the normal price of the subscription after Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription you joined expires, rather than just canceling the subscription immediately. Therefore it is a fair deal
    which allows you to try the new subscription for a total of 5 months and then you can go back to whatever subscription you wanted had you
    turned off the auto renewal instead of cancelling the subscription immediately and
    let the subscription expire normally.

    As mentioned by our Xbox Ambassador above, you would need to contact Xbox customer support in your region to see if there is anything they can do. Click on the support link provided and select the appropriate categories. Payment and billing topics will generally
    lead you to request a callback from customer support or will provide a number for you to call if within business hours.

    If they cannot help, you would need to re-subscribe as that time is now lost since conversions are final.

    The deal for 1 euro would have been for Ultimate Game Pass which includes a gold susbcription as well as game pass. So your original gold subscription would have been cancelled and concerted to Ultimate when you made that purchase (giving you about 4 or
    5 months of Ultimate for 1 euro instead of just the 1 month). So by cancelling Ultimate you cancelled your gold as well. You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but generally you would have to purchase a new subscription. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
