Car packs purchased but not in garage.

New at xbox/forza.

Hi all, I'm a parent, I purchased xbox for my son along with the forza horizon 2, he has become very good at it but the problem is that He purchased 2 car packs with a gift card and the cars never appeard in the garage, people in this forum I read said to
wait few days, we've waited 2 weeks and still nothing, went to support chats fof microsoft and first they told me to restart xbox and it will fix the problem, did it, nothing, second time they toldme to remove my son's account and recreate did it and still
nothing, any ideas of what can I do?

downloading car packs

i've downloaded the may car pack for forza4 and can not get it to download to my garage. have one other car that i've purchased that wont download to the garage either. i went to the market place and it says purchased but still can not use the the cars

FORZA 5 ALPINESTARS DLC, NOT RECEIVING TOYOTA GT-ONE TS020 CAR IN MY GARAGE

I purchased the Alpinestars DLC pack and did not receive the Toyota GT-ONE TS020 car in my garage per DLC stipulations.

Hello! The car will appear not in the garage. Look it on stock, it will be free for you and then get it to garage.

Be sure is DLC installed proper with game. Go to Buy a car and sort it by Price, all DLC cars will be free for now.

My issue is identical accept i only own dlc and most of the games Xbox One and backwards compatibility issues so when I bought Forza 2 it was black friday it was bundle with Forza 5 GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION I PAID 40 bucks everything that available funny
thing they didnt put info in their servers that 4 hrs later my card was stolen same thing you name it i did 12 calls 1 subjects WHY Would I BUY JUST DLC AND ADDONS FOR GAMES AND NOT THE GAME GOOD LUK AND THE LINKS THEY EMAIL U THEY LEAD TO CREATE AND IF YOU
FOLLOW YOU WILL LOSE ALL PAID CONTENT AND ME THEY I HAD 4 PROFILES BUT THE DENIED ME ACCESS TO CONTENT AND OUT OF 12 CALLS 2 ACTUALLY CARED

These car packs do not place the cars in your garage. This purchase makes the cars available in free play, and the cars are available for purchase with in-game credits in career mode.

With car packs the cars are not automatically added to your garage. You still have to purchase them in-game.

Quite right. Downloading a car pack does not add cars to your garage, they mearly become available for purchase.

Also purchased Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious Car Pack which stated "Once the pack is purchased, you are granted a one-time only, free addition of each car to your Forza Horizon 2 garage, with no additional in-game credit cost." However, when checking the
garage in the game, the cars are not present. But, I can access the cars and "purchase" the cars still with enough in game credits. They were supposed to be a free in game addition.

Did anyone answer this issue?
