Car Pack "Fast & Furious" is gone, not in "my cars" anymore

XBOX ONE Problem:

After problems with the game the car pack "Fast & Furious" and another car is gone. They are not listed under "my cars" anymore.

The problem with the game was:

I have the disc version of the game. The disc was in the drive, but game didn't start, wanted my to go to store to buy the game.

Problem solving:

I followed instructions from support to remove my profile, delete system cache. Now the game starts again from disc.

After some restarts and starting the game, the game works again, synched my data. But some cars are missing...

What workes:

- Porsche expansion: check

- NASCAR expansion: check

- 10 year anniversary car pack: check (except one car which is missing: the SRT Team Forza Viper GTS)

What workes NOT:

- car pack "Fast & Furious" is gone. The cars are not listed under "my cars" anymore. If I try to buy a car from the pack (or the whole pack) again, it says that I own the cars already.

- one car from the "10 year anniversary car pack" is missing: the" SRT Team Forza Viper GTS" under "my cars".

One more try:

I now uninstalled the "Fast & Furious" car pack, restartet the xbox one, re-installed "Fast & Furious" car pack.

>> still these cars are mssing. Another restart of the xbox did not help.

Not Installing Completely

hi i got the ultimate edition and the fast and furious car pack aint in my cars i have to buy them why is that

 

Anyone else feel like this about fh2.

They are available. It cost me five bucks I think for the car pack.
