car gone forever?

I had someone kill me in my vehicle, I went to go pay for the insurance to get my car back but they didn't answer and when I tried to call my mechanic for that car it says it's destroyed. Is Anyone else having this problem? Will. I never get my car back?

I was just wondering if anybody else's car they brought to LS Customs during the tutorial has disappeared? I fitted it with the free GPS and insurance but it is nowhere to be found, there is no symbol on my map and nowhere for me to file and insurance
claim, is this a known problem I've been all over the rockstar website and Internet but I can't find any info, I've even tweeted them and emailed them with no response, anyone have any suggestions, should I get a new car and pay for all the stuff again or
just wait till they get it all rotted out? Thanks in advance, except for this hiccup I am loving the online!

 

it must not of been insured. Did you purchase it off a website or just steal it and park it into your garage? Purchased cars come with insurance and a tracker. Stolen cars, when parked in your garage only recieve a tracker. Hope this helps

It must have been installed, or else the mechanic would not have it in their list at all. My suggestion is that the OP destroys another one of their cars and then rings insurance. The hope is that they'll have both cars listed.

If that doesn't work, it's likely you'll have to delete it.

 

it was definitely insured the very first car ever had. and since then I've had another one of my insurance cars destroyed, but it wasn't on the list 2 repair it and get a new one. I might just have to get another one and delete that space.
