Captures not loading on mobile app, help!

I’ve been trying to save some captures from my xbox app but whenever i try to load them it just comes up with a frowny face. I can view them on my xbox most the time. I’ve redownloaded the app, made sure its up to date etc nothings worked. My captures are also now not recording any sound. Any ideas?
